Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

• Subscription purchased but not activated within 7 days
• Duplicate payment or accidental transaction
• Technical issues preventing access to content
• Subscription cancellation within 30 days of purchase
• Dissatisfaction with the journal content (subject to review)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Subscriptions that have been used for 30 days or more
• Article submission fees (review process already initiated)
• Membership fees after 30 days of purchase
• Refund requests made after 90 days of payment
• Violation of terms and conditions

3. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:

• Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days
• Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
• UPI/Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
• Razorpay: 3-5 business days

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Fill out the refund request form on this page
2. Provide your order/transaction ID
3. Explain the reason for your refund request
4. Submit the form and wait for our review
5. We will respond within 3-5 business days
